Learn the co-coaching method of personalised management and leadership development, originally developed by Reg Revans. Action Learning has the potential to provide sustainable leadership support and professional development solutions in one. Who Is It For? Action Learning is an ideal practice for small groups or sets of about 4 or 5 leaders who want to challenge and support one another in areas of personal development and project management in a confidential professional atmosphere. Each set member has about one hour to focus on their issue, problem or opportunity with the support of the other set members, who are only allowed to ask constructive questions. What is Involved? Opportunities for In House Action Learning include: 1. half day taster workshop for small groups who want an introduction to Action Learning in theory and practice 2. 3 staggered days training for new set facilitators who then go out and facilitate their own Action Learning Sets 3. 4-6 half days facilitation of a new Action Learning Set. By acting as facilitator to a new set, we will simultaneously train the set in the method so that it becomes self-managing and self-facilitating over a period of 4-6 meetings.
