The Process Enneagram was developed by Richard N. Knowles at The Center for Self-Organizing Leadership based on the pioneering work in Systematics of JG Bennett, Saul Kuchinsky and Anthony Blake and is renowned for bringing clarity and synergy to highly complex situations.
Tim teaches the model with teams as a means of developing constructive dialogue between internal change agents and also uses it as a tool to identify where his own consulting expertise can best be applied.
